Glossary/Key terms for Simple Fields
To understand the following terms may make it easier understand how Simple Fields work.
- Field
- A single textarea, checkbox, file, radiobutton or dropdown.
- Field Group
- A combination of one or several fields.
- Post connector
- A post connector is a combination of one or several field groups. The post connector determines which field groups that will end up on your post edit screen.
Different post connectors can reuse different field groups.
This is really cool… I’m sure this will come in very handy…
Does this plugin create custom fields??? Or are the fields stored some other way?
(by the way, I have no idea if you reply to this comment… you should add a plugin like ”Subscribe to Comments” so it sends your readers/users email notifications)
It creates regular custom fields.
And yes you’re correct: I should add a plugin like subscribe to comments.. :/
